Miner Yonni Barrios resurfaced from the mine to some serious drama. Barrios apparently had a wife and a mistress-- unaware of each other until he became trapped in the mine. He asked both women to be there when he resurfaced, but it seems Yonni's wife had had enough. Only his mistress was there to welcome him back. Miss Valenzuela, Barrios mistress, greeted him joyfully and tearfully; one can only imagine that it was best both women were not present. (Perhaps one of the trifecta would have ended up back down the shaft.) Barrios and Valenzuela kissed publicly, with the world press at witness, apparently coming out with the affair in a way that the entire world won't forget.
